The property at Zostel is beautifully maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. the owner and host, Ashish ji, provide exceptional service, making guests feel like family. the common area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing.

No food/drink allowed, charges for towels.

The view from the dorms at Zostel Plus Bir was breathtaking, enhancing relaxation. the facilities catered to both travelers and workation guests, offering a clean environment with a cooperative team. the Olive cafe served good food. Nearby landmarks like the Billing Valley and Nyingyang Monastery enriched our family bonding experience. the self-service system and hi-speed wifi were convenient, but the restrictive atmosphere and unaccommodating staff detracted from our overall enjoyment.

we had a great time at Zostel. From the friendly staff to the cozy dorms with amazing views, it felt like a home away from home. the in-house cafe served delicious food, and the facilities like workspaces and high-speed wifi were a bonus. the team truly cared for us when one of us fell sick, making us feel like part of a caring family.
